Are you meticulous, proactive, and passionate about the real estate industry? We’re seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic and high-achieving team.

We’re gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a cutting-edge office space, and leverage one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, connecting with over 10 million people monthly across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver comprehensive administrative support to agents, ensuring smooth transaction processes
• 📅 Coordinate showings, appointments, and manage listing schedules
• 🏡 Manage MLS listings, oversee property marketing efforts, and handle transaction documentation
• 📞 Facilitate clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assist with marketing initiatives and boost our digital presence

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
