Primary Responsibilities:
- Guiding qualified buyers on property tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Acting as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the home-buying process
- Building and growing your professional network while representing a dynamic and energetic team
- Receiving tailored coaching and mentorship from top-performing agents
- Managing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demands
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and is actively involved in the field
- Has reliable transportation and a strong familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Proficient with technology, excellent communication skills, and quick to respond
- Open to learning from seasoned real estate experts
- Ambitious, competitive, and committed to delivering exceptional results
- A self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
