Primary Duties:

  • Leading property showings for qualified buyers across Northern Virginia
  • Becoming a trusted advisor and dependable resource for buyers throughout their home search
  • Growing your professional network while representing a dynamic, energetic team
  • Receiving mentorship and hands-on training from top-producing agents with a track record of success
  • Managing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demands

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds an active Virginia real estate license and is currently working in the industry
  • Has reliable transportation and a strong familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
  • Proficient with technology, communicates effectively, and responds promptly
  • Willing to learn from seasoned real estate experts
  • Driven, competitive, and committed to achieving excellence
  • A self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
