Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property tours for qualified buyers throughout Northern Virginia
- Serving as a reliable advisor and resource for clients during their home-buying journey
- Expanding your professional connections while representing a vibrant and energetic team
- Receiving mentorship and practical training from top-producing agents with proven success
- Managing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
Who We’re Looking For:
- Holds an active Virginia real estate license and is currently engaged in the industry
- Possesses dependable transportation and strong knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Tech-savvy, communicates clearly, and responds promptly
- Open to learning from experienced real estate professionals
- Ambitious, competitive, and dedicated to excellence
- A proactive problem solver with a self-driven mindset

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
