Primary Responsibilities:
- Guiding serious buyers on home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Building a reputation as the trusted agent buyers turn to when ready to purchase
- Expanding your personal network while representing our dynamic team
- Learning directly from top-producing agents who consistently close deals
- Maintaining a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate deal-making
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Virginia real estate license and confidently uses it in practice
- Has dependable transportation and a strong familiarity with Northern Virginia neighborhoods
- Demonstrates solid tech proficiency and quick responsiveness
- Shows a genuine desire to learn from industry leaders
- Possesses a competitive spirit and unwavering determination to succeed
- Works independently and approaches challenges with initiative

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
