Responsibilities
- Complete the New Agent Launch Program
Engage in our intensive 86-day training designed to provide you with the foundational skills needed to succeed as a Realtor in today’s market. Agents typically close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this timeframe.
- Work alongside sales agents to help buyers find their perfect home
Experience the excitement of touring homes daily while building your industry expertise and earning as a Showing Agent.
- Provide thorough written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search criteria
Participate in our comprehensive communication training to ensure success when an agent’s buyer’s offer is accepted.
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
Receive hands-on, in-person training to develop a deep understanding of real estate transactions.
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
Ideal for motivated individuals, we offer scripts and training to support your daily outreach efforts.
- Participate in team events and activities following team guidelines
Become an active member of our team by attending office events at least three days a week, including client gatherings, script rehearsals, calls, door knocking, and social media initiatives.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and partner meetings

- Log all calls and appointments using PLACE Technology
Leverage our efficient data management system to accurately record your daily tasks and interactions.

Compensation
$30,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
