The showing assistant role is where you build the foundation for a real career in real estate — and we don't treat it as a placeholder. You'll work closely with our lead agents, accompanying buyers to showings, supporting open houses, and handling coordination that keeps transactions moving. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and demanding in the best way.
As a Zillow Preferred team, we work with a consistent stream of high-intent buyers, which means you'll get real, meaningful client exposure from day one, not just busy work. Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch and commit to the full onboarding process
- Accompany buyers to showings, including Zillow Preferred clients; provide detailed written feedback to help refine their search criteria
- Support lead agents with coordination and client communication throughout the transaction
- Assist with open houses consistently each month
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients using proven scripts and techniques
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE lead generation systems
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology — every time, without exception
- Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and ongoing training
Qualifications
You're energized by people and genuinely driven to help them. You listen carefully, communicate clearly, and follow through consistently. - Valid real estate license
- Valid driver's license and ability to spend significant time on the road
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assess clients' needs and match them to the right homes
- Willingness to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Growth-minded and genuinely coachable
- Team player who supports the people around them
Compensation
$45,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
