Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE New Agent Launch and commit to the full onboarding process
  • Accompany buyers to showings, including Zillow Preferred clients; provide detailed written feedback to help refine their search criteria
  • Support lead agents with coordination and client communication throughout the transaction
  • Assist with open houses consistently each month
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients using proven scripts and techniques
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE lead generation systems
  • Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology — every time, without exception
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license
  • Valid driver's license and ability to spend significant time on the road
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess clients' needs and match them to the right homes
  • Willingness to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Growth-minded and genuinely coachable

Compensation

$45,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
