We’re expanding into Washington, D.C. — and I’m looking for a sharp, driven Showing Agent to help us build this market from the ground up.

I’m Chris Colgan — founder of Real Nova Network, team leader at the Chris Colgan Team with eXp Realty + PLACE, and one of the most visible real estate brands in the DMV.
With 79,000+ Instagram followers, 14 million monthly viewers, and a rapidly growing relocation audience, we are entering D.C. with massive momentum.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  1. Show Homes to Active Buyer Clients
    You’ll be the face of the Chris Colgan Team for D.C. buyers—touring properties, understanding client needs, and providing an exceptional showing experience.
  2. Respond Quickly to Assigned Buyer Leads
    Speed matters. You’ll be expected to respond to new opportunities within minutes during working hours to maximize conversions and client satisfaction.
  3. Attend Daily/Weekly Training & Role Plays
    You’ll plug into PLACE scripts, showing strategies, and professional development sessions designed to help you grow into a full-producing agent.
  4. Write and Prepare Offers (With Guidance)
    You’ll help draft offers, review comps, and learn negotiation strategies directly from Chris and our senior agents.
  5. Document Client Feedback in CRM
    Accuracy matters. You’ll log showing notes, update timelines, and communicate clearly so our team can support your clients without missing details.
  6. Coordinate Showings & Manage Schedules
    You’ll help streamline the buyer experience—organizing tours, confirming times, and ensuring a smooth process from first showing to contract.
  7. Represent the Team With Excellence in D.C.
    You are our boots-on-the-ground partner in the city. Professionalism, communication, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Active Real Estate License in DC (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Strong communication + customer service skills
Coachability — open to training, feedback, and high standards
Reliable transportation + ability to commute throughout D.C.
Comfortable using a CRM (FUB/Brivity/kvCORE or similar)
High responsiveness — clients and leads expect quick follow-up
A “show up and do the work” mindset
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed for showings
Desire to grow into a full agent role within 12–24 months

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
