• ✅ Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• 🤝 Work closely with sales agents to support clients in their home search
• 📝 Provide detailed written feedback to help clients fine-tune their property preferences
• ✍️ Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• ⏰ Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
• 🎤 Participate in weekly script practice following team protocols
• 🤗 Engage actively in team events and activities as per team standards
• 📅 Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• 💻 Log all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology tools
