🛠 Responsibilities:
- Follow up with assigned Zillow, Google, and YouTube leads promptly
- Conduct buyer consultations and show homes throughout Loudoun County
- Write and negotiate contracts
- Attend weekly team trainings and strategy calls
- Maintain CRM activity and communication logs
- Be active in open houses, client events, and team campaigns
🎯 Qualifications:
- Must have an active Virginia real estate license
- Full-time availability (this is not for part-time agents)
- Strong local knowledge of Ashburn/Loudoun County
- Highly responsive with excellent follow-up skills
- Coachable, positive attitude, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable on camera (YouTube/Google lead gen is a big part of our brand)

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
