Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding their perfect homes
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team standards
  • Actively engage in team events and initiatives in accordance with team policies
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Maintain accurate records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation

$65,000 - $90,000 USD annually
This role is commission-based.

  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes

  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
