We are looking for a driven, client-focused Showing Agent to join our dynamic team at Chris Colgan – eXp Realty – Powered by PLACE.

This role is more than just a standard real estate position — it provides access to a proven system, expert guidance, and a strong brand with significant local reach (79K Instagram followers, 14M monthly impressions, 32K YouTube subscribers, and growing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home showings for motivated buyers (appointments provided)
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the entire process
• Master and implement scripts, systems, and follow-up strategies that convert showings into successful sales
• Work alongside a team with over $1 billion in lifetime sales and deep Northern Virginia market expertise

Who You Are:

• Licensed or actively pursuing a Virginia real estate license
• Motivated to learn and dedicated to following a proven system
• Professional, reliable, and deeply committed to client satisfaction

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$75,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
