Key Responsibilities
- Partner with lead agents to conduct property showings across Northern Virginia.
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback after each showing to better capture client preferences.
- Support lead agents and clients in preparing and negotiating offers.
- Host open houses to attract potential buyers and generate new leads.
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation to develop your own client base.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and client communications using PLACE technology and team tools.
- Participate in ongoing training through script practice, team sessions, coaching, and weekly Partner Calls.
- Deliver outstanding client service to ensure a smooth and confident home-buying experience.
Ideal Candidate

- Comfortable traveling frequently to show properties and meet clients.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed in real estate.
- Adept at understanding client needs and matching them with appropriate properties.
- Holds or is actively pursuing a Virginia real estate license.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
