Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead agents to conduct property showings throughout Northern Virginia.
- Deliver comprehensive written and verbal feedback after each showing to accurately reflect client preferences.
- Assist lead agents and clients in offer preparation and negotiation.
- Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and generate new leads.
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation to build your own client portfolio.
- Maintain precise records of daily activities and client interactions using PLACE technology and team resources.
- Engage in continuous training through script rehearsals, team meetings, coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Calls.
- Provide exceptional client service to ensure a seamless and confident home-buying journey.

- Comfortable with frequent travel to show properties and meet clients.

- Skilled at understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable properties.
- Holds or is actively pursuing a Virginia real estate license.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
