Burnes International Group is currently seeking motivated and professional Listing Agents eager to elevate their real estate careers.

We are looking for agents with expertise in seller representation, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a dedicated focus on success. Our team offers comprehensive training, proven listing techniques, and continuous support to help you grow quickly, along with access to high-quality leads and opportunities to broaden your client network.

• Lead Generation- Spend ~4 hours a day generating business your way—host open houses, make calls, post on social, or tap into your sphere. You’ll also receive team-generated leads to keep your pipeline full.
• Client Experience- Host showings, conduct buyer consultations, attend inspections, and provide exceptional service from search to close.
• Contract to Close- Write winning offers, handle negotiations, and manage your transactions with the help of our systems and support.
• Stay Sharp- Participate in team training, attend workshops, and meet 1-on-1 with leadership to track progress and stay focused.

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
