I’m Chris Colgan — Northern Virginia real estate operator, creator of Real Nova Network, and team leader at the Chris Colgan Team with eXp Realty + PLACE.
As our media brand grows and our referral network expands statewide, we’re now building out select strategic markets — and Harrisonburg is next.

Job Responsibilities

1. Show Homes to Harrisonburg-Area Buyers
   You’ll guide clients through properties, ask the right questions, and help them understand their options in a fast-growing local market.
2. Respond Immediately to New Buyer Leads
   Our brand generates opportunities statewide. Your job is to follow up quickly and convert interest into appointments.
3. Attend Daily/Weekly Skills Training
   Learn scripts, buyer consultation language, showing strategy, and market knowledge directly from Chris and PLACE coaching.
4. Support Offer Preparation & Market Research
   You’ll help pull comps, draft offers, track deadlines, and coordinate next steps with senior agents.
5. Maintain Accurate CRM Records
   Log feedback, update timelines, and ensure clients never feel forgotten or overlooked.
6. Coordinate Tour Routes & Showing Logistics
   You’ll manage schedules, set appointments, and create a seamless experience from first tour to contract.
7. Be the Local Face of Our Expansion Market
   This role has real growth upside — you’ll help us establish the Chris Colgan Team’s presence in Harrisonburg as we expand statewide.

Job Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (or willing to get one quickly)
• Local knowledge of Harrisonburg and surrounding areas
• Strong communication & people skills
• Highly responsive — you must move fast with leads
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Reliable transportation + ability to travel across the valley
• Comfortable with CRM systems and follow-up processes
• Weekend/evening availability for showings
• Ambition to grow into a full agent role

This is the ideal role for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to take on a growing market.

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
