What You’ll Do:

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the Portland Metro area (especially Wilsonville and surrounding communities).
• Generate business opportunities through working your sphere, calling, door-knocking, open houses, website leads, and networking (we will teach you how!).
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and events that build your skill and confidence.
• Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships, and building your sphere.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that create lifelong raving fans.

We’re Looking For:

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate agent ready to go all-in on growth and hard work.
• Someone who is coachable, relational, and proactive — not just in it for the next deal, but for the long game.

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
