Responsibilities
- Continue lead generation activities with the team's support
- Go on appointments, write offers, and negotiate
- Attend closings
- Participate in team meetings and client events
- Adhere to team processes for a great experience for both you and the client
- Continually be growth minded and contribute your skills to the team to strengthen the unit for everyone's benefit to win!
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in real estate
- Consistent history of 20+ transactions/year
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to scale
- Appreciation for systems, structure, and leverage
- Commitment to client care and long-term business vision
Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
