As a Senior Partner, you will lead by example, helping others to build their businesses correctly, reclaim their time, and achieve financial freedom.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate and assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Offer comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
  • Draft and negotiate offers
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team standards
  • Actively participate in team activities according to team guidelines
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, regular training, and Partner Calls
  • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
