As a Showing Agent, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their home search while working alongside our skilled sales experts. A current North Carolina Real Estate License is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
- Engage in weekly lead generation activities
- Host two open houses each month
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
- Consult with buyers, identify homes, and write and negotiate offers on their behalf
Qualifications
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Licensed real estate professional
- Learning-based and growth-minded
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn and use scripts and dialogues
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
