Responsibilities
- 🎓 Complete the PLACE Launch program
- 📈 Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- 🤝 Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- 💼 Negotiate offers effectively for both sellers and buyers
- 📊 Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- 🏠 Host at least two open houses each month
- 📞 Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- 🎤 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- 🤗 Participate actively in team events and activities as required
- 📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- 🏡 Consult with sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
- 💡 Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- 🏅 Licensed Real Estate Professional
- 📈 At least 5 closed sales or a proven strong sales track record
- 🔥 Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- 🤝 Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
- 🎯 Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- 💪 Naturally adept at handling objections
- 🗣️ Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
- 🤜🤛 Collaborative team player
- ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
