We are searching for a Proven Listing Agent who excels in a fast-paced, results-driven setting, is dedicated to providing outstanding client service, and is motivated to grow their business with the help of cutting-edge tools, expert guidance, and comprehensive support.

What You’ll Do:

📋 Manage and market multiple active listings efficiently
🏡 Conduct listing presentations and win new business with confidence
📸 Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing materials
💬 Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the process
📈 Implement proven pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies to maximize seller outcomes
🤝 Collaborate closely with our administrative and operations team to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A Texas Real Estate License (required)
🔹 3+ years of real estate experience, primarily focused on listings
🔹 A strong track record of successful closings and satisfied clients
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
🔹 Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms (Brivity experience a plus!)
🔹 A team-oriented mindset — no lone wolves here

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
