Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to Zillow Flex leads to maximize conversion opportunities and provide immediate value to prospective buyers and sellers.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their goals, budget, and timeline, offering tailored solutions to guide their real estate journey.
- Leverage in-depth local market knowledge to advise clients on pricing, neighborhoods, and property values, ensuring informed decisions.
- Facilitate showings, negotiations, and contracts from initial inquiry through closing, delivering a seamless client experience.
- Maintain detailed CRM records to track lead progress, follow-ups, and pipeline activity, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with team members to share insights, support team production goals, and uphold the reputation of a top-performing real estate team.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and sales targets by applying proven strategies, follow-up systems, and strong closing skills.
Qualifications
- Proven success in residential real estate sales with a consistent record of closed transactions.
- Strong ability to convert online leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, etc.) into loyal clients and closed deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and virtual showing platforms.
- Highly responsive and organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to and thrive within a top-producing real estate team.
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
