We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to collaborate closely with one of our top Real Estate Partners based in Scottsdale. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, enjoy engaging with clients, and are eager to progress toward becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting listing appointments, coordinating transactions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first interaction through closing. You will gain hands-on exposure to advanced real estate procedures, listing strategies, and fieldwork alongside a high-performing industry expert.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside, deepen your real estate knowledge, and develop the skills necessary to transition into a fully licensed agent over time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with our hands-on partner training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.
  • Work side-by-side with a top-performing Real Estate Agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.
  • Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.
  • Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.
  • Leverage our technology and leadership for collaboration — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.
  • Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional, they’re fuel.
  • Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.
  • Build a pipeline that produces predictable profitability — log your activity and results daily.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Real Estate Partner, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • On-site availability aligned with our training and development sprint
  • Interest to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License within 60 days.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

This role is best suited for individuals who are committed to full engagement during the onboarding sprint and are ready to leverage technology and team support to accelerate their success.

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
