Responsibilities
- Engage with our hands-on partner training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.
- Work side-by-side with a top-performing Real Estate Agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.
- Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.
- Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.
- Dedicate 10+ focused hours each week to lead generation — no fluff, just results.
- Leverage our technology and leadership for collaboration — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.
- Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional, they’re fuel.
- Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.
- Build a pipeline that produces predictable profitability — log your activity and results daily.
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Real Estate License Required
- On-site availability first 4-weeks for our Leadership Training Program
- Current Arizona Drivers License & Transportation for Appointments
- Ability to use Technology CRM Platforms
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
