Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist the Team Leader in daily operations, client support, and agent development
- Learn and eventually lead daily team huddles and accountability sessions
- Help recruit, onboard, and mentor new real estate agents
- Support team growth initiatives aligned with company goals and values
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data (not drama) to drive team improvements
- Uphold the team’s standards of integrity, grit, and partner-focused service
- Step into agent coaching, deal support, and operations leadership as readiness increases
- Maintain active real estate license and production minimums as needed during training
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Minimum 2+ years of sales or real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of follow-through, grit, and integrity
- Natural leadership instincts — people look to you without being asked
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Passion for building others up, not just chasing personal wins
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Comfortable using CRM systems, transaction platforms, and performance dashboards
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation
$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
