Responsibilities
- Build your database of business
- Execute lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings & market home
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointment
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
- Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions.
- Excels in prospecting and generating leads.
- Naturally adept at handling objections.
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service.
- Collaborative team member
- Holds a valid real estate license
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or 10+ transactions completed
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn and focused on growth
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Superior time management skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
