Responsibilities

  • Actively learn and participate in the PLACE/Gifford Team process of lead generation & prospecting scripts
  • Coach 10+ Agents
  • Review New Agent Contracts for their first year
  • Qualify Buyers and Sellers
  • Take Buyer & Seller listings
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE technology
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session & weekly trainings and partner calls
  • Good computer skills to include Dotloop, Microsoft, and good email management
  • Willing to work from the office several days per week.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of real estate experience with a current license
  • Average of 12+ Transactions over the past 3 years
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts
  • Team Player

Compensation

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
