• Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
• Coach and train sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
• Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program
• Attract new sales talent to the team
