As a Development Agent (Setter / ISA), your role will be to guide prospective clients through the process of submitting offers on properties. You will serve as the initial point of contact, playing a key role in increasing our buyer transactions and generating referrals.

Responsibilities:

• High work ethic (Schedule Varies)

• Practice your scripts daily
• 200+ Dials per day
• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
• Admin work for data collection
• Demonstrate a learning-based mindset, actively engaging in coaching, training, and skill development

Results:

• 2 sets per day
• 60% show rate
• Minimum of 5 Listings per month

Requirements:

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to others' needs, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional (will consider a new agent, or if you have the appropriate sales skills)
• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate sales or related in enviroment
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

$18.00 - $20.00 USD Hourly

This is a commission based position.
