As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a cutting-edge office and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Duties:

  • đź—‚ Provide essential administrative support and oversee agent transaction processes
  • 🏡 Manage property listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and arrange photography
  • 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
  • đź“… Schedule showings, inspections, and closing meetings
  • đź’» Support marketing initiatives including social media posts, email campaigns, and CRM management

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
