Responsibilities
- Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering knowledgeable advice and personalized support throughout each step of the process.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood insights, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure a memorable experience, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Create and present standout property listings, utilizing professional photography, compelling descriptions, and virtual tours to showcase each property’s best features.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, advocating for favorable terms and ensuring smooth, satisfactory outcomes.
- Coordinate and host property showings and open houses, skillfully highlighting each property’s unique qualities for potential buyers and renters.
- Partner with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
- Proficient in using real estate technology and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Compensation
$100,000 - $199,999 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
