In this role, you will assist a variety of clients in navigating the intricacies of buying, selling, and leasing properties. • Engage with potential buyers to understand their specific needs and preferences, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their home-buying journey.
• Leverage our tools and strategies to convert leads into committed buyer agreements, maintaining a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct thorough research to find homes that align with our buyers' requirements, providing informed advice and insights.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to manage offers effectively for both sellers and buyers, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
• Utilize our advanced PLACE Technology for optimal organization and efficient management of client-related tasks and transactions.
• Host at least two open houses each month to nurture prospects into meaningful appointments, enhancing relationships and broadening your professional network.
• Regularly participate in script practice sessions to sharpen your communication skills and refine client interactions, while also engaging in team activities to promote a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
