Primary Responsibilities of a Luxury Real Estate Agent:
- Represent high-net-worth clients with the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and commitment
- Design and implement sophisticated marketing strategies tailored to upscale properties
- Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury buyers, sellers, and key industry influencers
- Utilize exclusive leads and tap into extensive local networks
- Offer outstanding service from initial engagement through ongoing client relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed California real estate agent with at least one year of experience
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong presentation skills
- Passionate about or experienced in luxury real estate specialization
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service and cultivating a distinguished luxury brand

Please note: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct multiple open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$180,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
