Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch Training Program
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10-15 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
- Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly trainings.
- Track tasks and activities in our CRM Technology

- High school graduate
- Real estate license with a minimum of two years in Real Estate Sales.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
