• Oversee and manage all systems related to internal communication, team scheduling, social media presence both internally and externally, office administration, client communication and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding processes for new agents and staff, and referral management.
• Provide support in developing and enhancing systems across various departments, including customer service, lead generation, agent recruitment, and performance tracking.
• Maintain the team's operations manual, documenting all systems and standards not integrated into our technology platform.
• Keep team leaders updated on any issues or challenges, and assist in formulating effective solutions.

• 2+ years’ operations experience 
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes 
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership 
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills  
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
• Experience with Google Apps for Business

$18.00 - $22.00 USD Hourly
