Responsibilities
- Complete our New Agent Launch program. (90 Days)
- Assist sellers & buyers in securing agreements, negotiation, and finding homes.
- Host minimum of two open houses monthly.
- Make phone calls to convert leads into appointments.
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and presentation practice.

- Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
- Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Strong communicator with a dedication to service
- Works well in a team
- Licensed real estate agent
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn and grow
- Excellent at managing time
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
