Sales Agent — High-Performance Real Estate Team

Core Responsibilities
Client & Transaction Work
- Convert inbound leads, nurture long-term prospects, and maintain a high level of daily follow-up using team systems
- Conduct buyer consultations and secure buyer agency agreements
- Show properties, write offers, negotiate with agents, and manage deals to close
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through post-closing follow-up
- Maintain timely and detailed communication with clients, team, lenders, and co-op agents
- Follow team listing presentation standards when handling potential listing opportunities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Execute daily lead gen/follow-up activities (calls, texts, email, open houses, events, etc.)
- Maintain a robust pipeline inside the CRM with accurate tagging, notes, and action plans
- Respond to new opportunities quickly according to the team’s response standards
- Attend and host open houses and team events when assigned
Professional Standards & Team Alignment
- Attend all team training, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Adopt and follow established team systems, scripts, and processes
- Hit or exceed individual KPIs related to lead follow-up, appointments, contracts, and closed volume
- Uphold the team’s brand reputation, ethics, and service standards at all times
- Collaborate closely with operations staff and respect the division of responsibilities between sales and admin
What Success Looks Like

- You keep your pipeline organized and current — no loose ends
- You produce results: appointments → agreements → contracts → closings

Responsibilities
- Lead generate 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in script practice and other team activities
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients through Brivity
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
