Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert high-quality leads from Zillow Flex, Google, listing inquiries, and other top sources
  • Conduct buyer and listing consultations, showings, and negotiations with professionalism
  • Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to track lead activity, communication, and pipeline progress
  • Prospect and nurture your own sphere while leveraging our lead systems
  • Utilize our administrative support, marketing team, and backend systems to stay focused on selling
  • Mentor and support newer agents through collaboration and leadership opportunities
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to grow your skills and impact
  • Deliver a high-touch, client-first experience that reflects The Murphy Group’s standards

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license with 1+ years of full-time experience preferred
  • Proven ability to convert leads and close transactions
  • Comfortable working with high-volume lead flow (Zillow Flex, Google, listing leads, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss (FUB)
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven
  • Willingness to mentor and collaborate with newer agents
  • Committed to attending trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions
  • Strong knowledge of the South Jersey real estate market or willingness to learn
  • A “team-first” mindset with a desire to grow into leadership opportunities

Compensation

$85,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
