We are looking for a dynamic Realtor Partner to join our high-achieving team based in Chicago. This unique "Partnership" role is tailored for driven agents eager to expand their business by tapping into our robust administrative support, marketing tools, and cutting-edge technology—while maintaining the freedom to represent both buyers and sellers. Rather than being confined to a single function, you will act as a comprehensive advisor, managing a broad range of listings and buyer needs throughout the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities
- Dual Representation: Skillfully handle concurrent transactions by serving as both the Listing Agent for sellers and the Buyer’s Agent for purchasers, often within the same deal cycle.
- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Proactively generate new leads, cultivate referrals from your network, and convert inbound team-generated prospects into committed clients.
- Market Analysis & Pricing: Leverage MRED/ConnectMLS to create detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) that strategically price seller listings and safeguard buyers from overpaying.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in weekly strategy sessions to exchange market insights, share exclusive "pocket listings," and identify cross-selling opportunities within our internal network.
- Transaction Management: Lead the process from contract to closing, coordinating with Chicago-area real estate attorneys, lenders, and inspectors to resolve issues during attorney review and inspection phases.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
- Extensive knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and surrounding suburban markets.
- A true "Partner" mentality—ready to grow a business within a business, not just fill a role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and real estate professionals to expand our network and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies for increasing property listings and sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the Chicago area.
- Organize and participate in networking events and open houses to promote The Saladino Sells Team and attract potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to realtors and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to effectively showcase properties and services.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or realtor
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
