We are seeking an energetic Realtor Partner to become an integral part of our flourishing Chicago-based team. This distinctive "Partnership" position is designed for ambitious agents who want to grow their business by leveraging our comprehensive administrative support, advanced marketing resources, and state-of-the-art technology—while retaining the flexibility to represent both buyers and sellers. Instead of focusing on a single specialty, you will serve as a versatile advisor, managing a diverse portfolio of listings and buyer needs across the Chicagoland region.
Key Responsibilities
- Dual Transaction Expertise: Efficiently manage simultaneous deals by acting as both the Listing Agent for sellers and the Buyer’s Agent for buyers, often within the same transaction.
- Client Acquisition & Lead Nurturing: Actively pursue new business opportunities, build referral networks, and convert inbound leads generated by the team into lasting client relationships.
- Market Research & Pricing Strategy: Utilize MRED/ConnectMLS to develop comprehensive Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) that ensure sellers price competitively and buyers avoid overpaying.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Participate in weekly strategy meetings to exchange market knowledge, share exclusive "pocket listings," and uncover cross-selling prospects within our internal network.
- End-to-End Transaction Oversight: Oversee the entire transaction process from contract execution through closing, working closely with Chicago-area real estate attorneys, lenders, and inspectors to address any issues during attorney review and inspection periods.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
- In-depth familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods and nearby suburban markets.
- A genuine "Partner" mindset—driven to build and expand a business within a business, rather than simply occupying a position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and real estate professionals to expand our network and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies for increasing property listings and sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the Chicago area.
- Organize and participate in networking events and open houses to promote The Saladino Sells Team and attract potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to realtors and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to effectively showcase properties and services.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or realtor
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
