• Execute a disciplined daily prospecting routine to generate and convert seller leads consistently
• Run high-impact listing appointments and deliver seller consultations that win on value, not price
• Oversee your listing pipeline with full team marketing support behind every property
• Negotiate contracts with strategy and urgency to protect your clients and close on time
• Build a referral-based business that generates predictable, repeatable income
• Show up to weekly coaching, own your numbers, and hold yourself to a higher standard

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• $2M+ in annual closed production required. This is not negotiable.
• 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience
• A track record of listing appointments won and deals closed, not just attempted
• Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach that builds trust fast
• Comfortable and efficient with CRM, MLS, and e-signature platforms
• Coachable, competitive, and committed to growing every single year

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
