Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and hosting open houses
• Respond quickly to leads from Zillow Flex, our database, and other top sources
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage and track all lead communication
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, and showings
• Attend all team meetings, training sessions, and mentor check-ins
• Follow proven scripts, systems, and sales processes
• Stay informed on local market trends and pricing strategies
• Deliver a client-first experience that reflects The Murphy Group standard

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Humble, hungry, and highly coachable
• Strong communication skills and a desire to serve clients at a high level
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and follow-through
• Comfortable prospecting daily and engaging with new leads
• Tech-savvy and able to use tools like Follow Up Boss
• Willing to attend trainings, team meetings, and mentor sessions
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation for appointments
• Committed to personal and professional growth within the real estate industry

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
