Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Utilize marketing strategies, including digital platforms and social media, to promote properties and expand client base.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and professional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Arizona real estate license
  • New agents are welcome; prior experience as a licensed Realtor is a plus but not required
  • Solid understanding of the Chandler, AZ real estate market and nearby communities
  • Demonstrated ability or strong motivation to achieve successful property transactions and client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with real estate software and MLS platforms preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
  • Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
