Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Realtor in New Mexico who is motivated, ambitious, and ready to launch a full-time career as a Realtor Apprentice. This opportunity provides hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems by working alongside a high-performing team to accelerate your real estate career.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior agents to acquire in-depth industry expertise
- Assist with client communications, coordinate property showings, conduct open houses, and manage follow-up activities
- Learn and apply effective scripts, systems, and strategies that drive success
- Build strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication
- Participate actively in team culture, training programs, and coaching sessions
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Holds an active New Mexico real estate license (required)
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn, adapt, and implement established systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to a full-time real estate career
- Excels in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
