Position Summary:
We are looking for a licensed Realtor in New Mexico who is driven, eager to grow, and prepared to embark on a full-time career as a Realtor Apprentice. This role offers practical experience, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems by collaborating with a high-achieving team to fast-track your real estate career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior agents to gain comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Support client communications, coordinate property showings, host open houses, and manage follow-ups
  • Master and implement effective scripts, systems, and strategies that lead to success
  • Develop strong client relationships through consistent, transparent communication
  • Engage actively in team culture, training sessions, and coaching opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses an active New Mexico real estate license (mandatory)
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and apply established systems
  • Self-driven, motivated, and dedicated to pursuing a full-time real estate career

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
