Are you passionate about real estate and detail-oriented? We’re seeking a driven Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in Northern Virginia.

Our team partners with Zillow Flex, operates from a state-of-the-art office, and commands one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, attracting over 10 million monthly views on Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver vital administrative support and coordinate transactions for our agents
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS data, arrange signage, and schedule professional photography sessions
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

Who We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ambitious and motivated to grow within the real estate industry

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
