Beckman’s Real Estate Team is interviewing high-producing agents who are ready for greater leverage, including:

• Team leaders whose businesses have outgrown their current systems
• Successful solo agents who want to build a team but aren’t sure where to begin

We are considering candidates for both paths. The leverage, models, and systems are already in place.

You’ll serve buyers and sellers throughout the Flathead Valley with the support of in-house marketing and design, transaction coordination, PLACE coaching, and Brivity tools. You’ll also have access to proven models for building and growing a team without having to create the infrastructure from scratch.

Rewards

• Proposed annual earnings: $150,000–$250,000+, commission-based and dependent on production. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Commission splits will be discussed during the interview.
• Reported agent earnings: Our team reports average agent take-home earnings of approximately $125,000–$250,000, based on the results of previous agents. Higher individual production or team volume may exceed this range. No separate team-lead earnings figure has been independently verified.
• PLACE opportunity model:
• Associate tier: 13–24 units per year, with access to a stock purchase plan and revenue sharing
• Partner tier: 25–48 units per year or $250,000 in GCI, with access to a subsidized health care plan and the Partner Mastermind Group
• Built-in leverage: In-house marketing and design, transaction support, PLACE training, and Brivity technology
• Team-building support: Proven models for agents who want to build a team without starting from zero

• Maintain your own production while working appropriate team opportunities

If you bring a team: plug your agents into our systems, models and coaching rhythm

If you are building toward a team: learn the recruiting, onboarding and leadership models step by step

Use Brivity and PLACE systems for pipeline, follow-up and client care

Take part in weekly coaching and team trainings

Active Montana real estate license; broker license welcome but not required - broker status does not change commission on this team
