Role Summary
- Accompany qualified buyers on property showings throughout Northern Virginia.
- Provide exceptional client service by answering questions, highlighting key property features, and ensuring buyers feel informed and confident.
- Collaborate with top-performing agents to receive mentorship and practical training.
- Partner with our operations team to efficiently manage scheduling and reduce client stress.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
