We’re preparing to launch with Zillow Flex, operate from a state-of-the-art office, and leverage one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, reaching over 10 million people monthly on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Manage administrative duties to support agents and ensure seamless transaction processes
• 📅 Schedule showings, coordinate appointments, and maintain listing information
• 🏡 Update MLS listings, implement property marketing strategies, and organize transaction paperwork
• 📞 Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Support marketing initiatives and help grow our digital footprint

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
