We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sign & Lockbox Runner to join our real estate team! This role is essential in making sure our listings are properly marketed with signs and lockboxes placed accurately and on time. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect fit.

Compensation: Per-job rate or hourly pay (depending on experience) + mileage reimbursement

• Install, remove, and maintain real estate signs at residential and commercial properties
  
• Place and retrieve Supra lockboxes as instructed
  
• Ensure signage is visible, straight, and meets local HOA or municipal guidelines
  
• Perform basic maintenance of signs (e.g., wipe clean, tighten posts)
  
• Confirm placement with photos and/or app check-ins
  
• Keep accurate records of completed jobs and sign inventory
  
• Communicate effectively with agents and transaction coordinators for scheduling
  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Reliable vehicle (truck/SUV preferred)
  
• Smartphone with GPS and camera capabilities
  
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and use basic hand tools
  
• Strong time management and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and handle last-minute requests
  
  

Preferred (but not required):

• Familiarity with real estate lockboxes (Supra, Coded, etc.)
  
• Experience in a real estate or field service role
  
• Knowledge of the local area and neighborhoods
  

$12.00 - $12.50 USD Hourly
