Become a Real Estate Sign Installer & Media Support Specialist with The Bergin Group!

Located in Hesperia, CA, this role is vital to boosting our real estate marketing by handling sign installations and assisting with media projects. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be compensated on a per-property basis, offering flexibility and the chance to directly influence our brand presence and client experience. • Promptly install and service real estate signs at multiple property sites, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
• Verify that all signage adheres to company guidelines and local legal requirements
• Collaborate with agents and office personnel to arrange timely installation and removal of signs
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to keep signs visible and in optimal condition
• Support marketing efforts by setting up media equipment and capturing video footage, including drone shots, of property listings
• Oversee signage inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Deliver outstanding customer service while positively representing The Bergin Group during all client engagements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in real estate sign installation or related field preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of media support and marketing materials a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the High Desert & surrounding areas

$25.00 - $85.00 USD Hourly
