In this position, you will oversee property listings, perform comprehensive market research, and support clients throughout buying, selling, and leasing processes. Your knowledge will be crucial in guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market, helping them make well-informed and confident choices. Responsibilities
- Graduate from New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
