Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to show homes to their clients
- Share clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search
- Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside sales agents and clients
- Join in weekly script practice sessions as part of the team routine
- Take part in team activities to stay connected and engaged
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls

- Genuine desire to help others while growing your real estate and leadership skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Comfortable spending plenty of time driving around
- Good at understanding what clients want and finding homes that fit their needs
- Eager to learn and grow
- Motivated and driven with a track record of success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid real estate license
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
