Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Work closely with sales agents to guide clients through property showings
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to refine and adjust clients’ home search criteria
  • Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script rehearsals following team protocols
  • Take an active role in team events and initiatives as required
  • Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls
  • Keep precise records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platforms

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
