As a Showing Partner, your main responsibility is straightforward: remain proactive and fully engaged. You’ll spend your time touring properties, cultivating relationships with buyers, generating leads alongside a seasoned agent, and acquiring practical real estate knowledge through direct involvement rather than theory alone.

Responsibilities

  • Show homes to prospective buyers based on team-generated opportunities
  • Support the conversion process by engaging with active buyers from online sources (including Zillow Preferred), helping move them from initial inquiry to in-person showings
  • Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and team members
  • Provide a professional, knowledgeable, and punctual client experience
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
  • Assist in identifying client needs and next steps
  • Track activities and client interactions within PLACE Technology
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and script practice sessions
  • Maintain consistent availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Support lead agents in moving clients through the buying process
  • Continuously learn scripts, market knowledge, and client communication skills

Qualifications

You don’t need experience in real estate, but you do need energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly.

Compensation

$45,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
