Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities – Real Estate Showing Assistant

As a Showing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients discover the perfect home while building your real estate career through hands-on experience and coaching. You’ll spend your days doing what you love most — talking to people, showing homes, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch to gain the knowledge and confidence to succeed in today’s market.
  • Partner closely with a sales agent to guide clients through home tours and the buying process with professionalism and care.
  • Gather and deliver meaningful client feedback to help refine home searches and ensure each showing brings clients closer to their dream property.
  • Help Sales Agents write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, sharpening your negotiation skills under expert mentorship.
  • Engage in weekly script practice to strengthen your communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Contribute to team culture and success by participating in team events, activities, and shared accountability systems.
  • Commit to personal growth through weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls designed to accelerate your success.
  • Use PLACE Technology to track your daily activities, measure progress, and stay organized as you build momentum in your real estate journey.

Compensation

$45,000 - $79,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
