Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings
- Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients’ search criteria
- Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
- Engage in team activities and uphold team standards
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management

Compensation
$36,000 - $71,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
